An AI compliance workspace for the EU AI Act — EVA triages systems, classifies risk, and produces a documentation pack for regulators and auditors.
Overview
Aipolis is an AI-powered compliance workspace that helps teams navigate the EU AI Act without hiring outside counsel for every question.
EVA is the agent — she triages the system you’re building, classifies its risk level, identifies the articles that apply, and produces a complete documentation pack you can hand to regulators, auditors, or your legal team.
The Product
The product is a guided conversation, not a form. You describe the system in plain language; EVA asks follow-up questions until she has enough to act, then generates four documents end-to-end:
- Obligation Checklist — every requirement that applies to your system, mapped to risk tier
- Declaration of Conformity — the formal statement required for high-risk and general-purpose AI systems
- Gap Analysis — what’s missing between your current state and full compliance
- Compliance Playbook — a personalised, prioritised remediation plan
Who it’s for
- Product & engineering leads — at AI-first companies who need to know whether the EU AI Act applies and what to do next
- Compliance & legal ops — at scale-ups that can’t justify a dedicated AI counsel yet but need defensible documentation
- Consultancies — running EU AI Act readiness engagements for multiple clients
What it is not
- Not a legal service. EVA is an LLM. The free trial is self-serve and unmonitored.
- Not a substitute for a conformity assessment body. The Declaration of Conformity EVA produces is a draft for review.
- Not yet certified against ISO 42001 or any other AIMS standard. Outputs are starting points, not audit artefacts.
